OPEC+

The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries has an objective to coordinate and unify petroleum policies among Member Countries, to secure fair and stable prices for petroleum producers; an efficient, economic and regular supply of petroleum to consuming nations; and a fair return on capital to those investing in the industry. 

This specialized agency is a committee that offers delegates a chance to debate and come up with solutions to multifaceted issues which have real-world impacts. Delegates with some background in Model UN will be best suited for this committee due to its extensive use of procedure, but all skill levels are more than welcome to join.
